External
Appearance:
The design proportions look great in the front. Standard LED
headlights are available for all models and LED daytime running lights have
been redesigned for this vehicle. The headlights have a smoke treatment that
makes them look sporty. LED fog lights are available for the Touring equipment.
The grille looks clean, with the Honda logo in the middle. Like the grille, the
hood has a clean design with simple body lines. 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels
are available for the Touring version. Color-coordinated side mirrors for
touring. The rear window on the side shows the connection between this vehicle
and the Honda Accord. There are smooth and clear design lines on the sides. The
LED taillights are visible at the rear, the simplicity of the design is also
visible here. You don't see a lot of hard edges here.
Engine
Options:
Expect the 2022 Honda Civic Sedan to be
available in two states of tune:
a) 2.0-liter engine which generates 158 hp of power and 138 lbs.-ft of torque (lower
trims).
b)
1.5
liter, the inline 4-turbocharged engine that produces 180 hp of power and 177 lbs.-ft
of torque (Touring).
Available in FWD (Front Wheel Drive), the
engines have been mated to a CVT. The engine available for the Touring trim
accelerates the car from 0-60 mph in 8 seconds. Expect to get an excellent mileage
of 31 MPG in the city and 38 MPG on the highway.
Internal
Appearance:
The door panels, especially around the dashboard, fight
fingerprints on the touring molding and above. Expect soft-touch materials on
the dashboard with a long wire mesh design. For the first time, the Honda Civic

The instrument cluster can be customized
here. Proportions of this vehicle have changed to give a lot of headroom and
